It started crazy and ended even crazier.
From bands having to back out due to a medical emergency (prayers to our brothers in Master of Puppets), to time changes, to half the bands outside and then they were inside, to epic mosh pits and fans going wild.
What a hell of a night.
The day kicked off with metal titans Crush Point making their return to the stage after a bit of a hiatus.
They even sang Creeping death with a guest vocalist:
Rock band Sliver followed it up and kept the crowd going!
The energy from the crowd was incredible. And I, Eddie, would personally like to thank each and every one of you for coming out. It was a killer way to kick off the summer.
This is the 4th year in a row my brothers in Aces High – A Tribute to Iron Maiden have set the tone for the summer with their Memorial Day bash at Paulie’s Pub and Eatery.
Here’s to keeping it going.
